Minutes of the Raintree Condominium Association Meeting

A typical meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on last 15th of August, 2024 at 7:30 PM in the Association Hall. Attendance at the meeting was good, with many residents in attendance. The meeting was chaired by President Smith.

Previous meeting minutes were read and confirmed. A discussion upcoming maintenance schedule affecting residents.

Residents expressed concerns regarding the potential for noise from the repairs.
A motion was made and seconded|The board agreed to starting the project, with finalization planned for early fall.

Proposed Raintree Condominium Bylaw Amendments

The Raintree Condominium Association has proposed some amendments to the existing bylaws. These changes intend to update several aspects of condominium management. Notable among these proposed amendments are: adjustments to the pet policy, revisions to parking regulations, and the revised section on noise complaints. A formal proposal outlining these amendments has been made available to all residents soon, along with a schedule for future meetings where residents can express their thoughts.

Raintree Condo Renovation Announcement

Greetings residents! This short update provides information regarding the ongoing outside improvement project at Raintree Condo. The main focus of this project is to upgrade the aesthetic appeal and overall resilience of our building. As of today, noteworthy progress has been made on several phases.

The Team are currently working diligently on the setup of new landscaping around the property, which will greatly improve curb appeal.
Furthermore , the painting of siding is progressing well, and we anticipate completion within the next few weeks.
Residents are reminded to be aware of in the project area and to follow all posted regulations . Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we work towards completing this exciting project.
